We posted this tip in the forum (http://forums.bargainsdelivered.com) a while back but we want to make sure everyone gets this information.

The touchless soap dispenser does not come with a warranty, so a lot of people express concern over how to keep it running for a long time. We personally use these and through our experience and the manufacturer instructions, we are able to offer a few tips.

- UPDATED- do not use rechargeable batteries- they never really have as much juice as a brand new set of batteries-  

-thin the soap out by adding a small amount of warm water to the soap container. If you just started using a new soap, it may be too thick for the dispenser to handle easily.

-run warm water over the bottom of the dispenser where the soap comes out. Sometimes soap thickens at the dispensing point and clogs the dispenser.

Following these tips will prolong the life of your touchless soap dispenser.
